Join us at our offices in Brussels on May 15th from 14:00 - 18:30, to discuss Decentralised Autonomous Organisations – a central part of blockchain technologies and the main idea behind how smart contracts are organized. The event will be followed by a networking cocktail starting at 17:30. Our special guest is Edward Vali, General Partner at Accelerate Venture Partners, the investment and advisory arm of a private family office with a primary focus on transformative technologies, blockchain applications, and tokenised business models. During the event, there will be an interactive feedback session on learning module plans for Decentralised Autonomous Organisations, which will allow the participants to influence what will be included and discussed in future material.   We are pleased to announce that the first Space Academy will be held on 3rd-4th June 2019 in Helsinki, Finland, just before the Arctic15 conference, coinciding and in collaboration with the EBAN Annual Congress. The Space Academy is a two-day event for European space-tech entrepreneurs to accelerate their business. Day 1: An intense day where entrepreneurs can improve their skills and get insights from experts on various topics, with main sessions as well as one-to-one and roundtable meetings. Day 2: Panel, keynote and pitching sessions from 10 selected companies to an audience of representative of the financing industry, venture capitals and successful entrepreneurs from all over the world. The EBAN Annual Congress is one of Europe’s largest and most international business angel events held annually by EBAN in cooperation with its best members. After 19 successful editions of the event, the last of which took place in Malaga in 2017 and Sofia in 2018, this year’s edition of the event is coming to Helsinki, Finland on 3-4 June 2019 at Kaapelitehdas (Cable Factory) and will be organized by EBAN incollaboration with the Finnish Business Angels Network  and Arctic15.
