GALACTICA – Business Plan Development: a Guide for Startups

The webinar “Business Plan Development Guide for Startups” will underline the importance of a business plan for any business. During the webinar, the main sections of a business plan, the common business plan guidelines and tools, the development process and the purposes of each, will be described. The aim is to help in developing a business plan that will meet entrepreneurs’ goals, think through all the parts of their business and plan how everything will work efficiently and effectively.

Mr Nikos Vogiatzis (CORALLIA)

Dr. Nikos Vogiatzis (male) is the co-founder and Chief Development and Operations Officer of Corallia. He holds a Ph.D. in Communication & Information Systems and a Dipl-Ing. in Electrical & Computer Engineering (both from NTUA, Greece), and a Master in Professional Project Management (Stevens Institute of Technology, USA). In his executive role in Corallia, he oversees activities related to the design and implementation of cluster- management and cluster-funding programmes, the formation of international collaborations and the operation of initiatives for the support of entrepreneurship, as well as financial and administrative operations.
